About Us

Southern Cactus Woodworks is a small business located in San Antonio, TX that started with a passion for woodworking, a barn door and a dream. We are a husband and wife duo that is dedicated to providing superior products that will be treasured for generations to come.

Austin, our co-founder and carpenter, is the person behind creating and building all of our high quality products. He has six years of carpentry experience and is completely self-taught. He continues to expand his knowledge by taking on new and challenging projects. Michaella, our co-founder and CEO, works on all the back-end responsibilities which include accounting, design, ordering, marketing, scheduling and more. Austin and Michaella enjoy traveling, loving on their three dogs, being outdoors, binge-watching a good TV show, working on projects for their home and spending time with family and friends!
